From Junction 15 of the M40, take the A46 Warwick Bypass towards Coventry.
  After 2 miles, turn right, towards Warwick, onto the A425 Birmingham Road.
  At the mini-roundabout, turn round to follow the A425 back in the direction from       which you have just come.
  Budbrooke Road is then the first turning on the left, and Batchflow is located on the       right hand side of this road.
